16 days to the official start of my skinny fat to bikini fit transformation! Did a bit of work this morning (my day job) and now I’m back to prepping big time. I’ve got the goals written down and tweaked. I’m waiting for my new vegan meal prep cookbook to arrive from Amazon today. Then I’ll be working on menus and tweaking my daily schedules. I’ve found in the past that I actually like having some sort of scheduled day, or perhaps setting priorities is a could way to look at it.
This week coming up I’ll be working towards my steps to financial gain for the next year, and beyond!
