What’s in a Day?

15 days until the Skinny Fat to Bikini Fit journey begins. Though I’m not showing any body before pictures until I have some marked differences pics, I thought I put up one of the last face photos I found. This is from April of 2018. This made me realize that I don’t want to be in pictures anymore than I want to put on a bikini! Well, that just puts more validity into my ‘why’. You can read more about that here.

Yesterday afternoon I got my new cookbook Vegan Meal Prep and I’m really excited to start planning out my meals…even going start meal prepping before we go away at the end of the month. It’s thoughtfully written by Jules Neumann and you can find her at happyhealthygreen.life.

Since I’ve been playing around with getting fit for a very long time, I have plenty of equipment. Dumbbells up to 50 pounds, weight bench, resistance loops and bands of assorted strengths, TRX strap, yoga mat, sliders, and a stability ball. I’m not in need of anything. There are plenty of workout clothes as well. My office/home-gym is waiting for me!
