Almost Time to be Obsessed

Almost done with A Little Obsessed! On Monday comes the real deal:  80 Day Obsession! Don’t get me wrong, the A Little Obsessed pre-workout is pushing me, but since I’ve done the full program (or part of it) before I know it gets even tougher.

Day 4 is done and one more to go tomorrow. Sunday is meal prep day and my active rest day. Abby and I will probably go for a hike somewhere. It will have to be early in the day because it still heats up too much for her later on. Later in the day I’ll do some yoga and listen to the weekly obsession session. It’s like a pep talk before the first workout of the week. Mid-day, when it is still pushing 90 degrees, I’ll get prepping my fitness nutrition.

I was so excited this time around to find out Beachbody came out with their own vegan protein shakes, Shakeology! I’ll be ordering those as soon as my current shakes are gone. I can’t wait to try the new Pumpkin Spice flavor!

During my meal prep time, I’ll give you some of my tips of how to only take a couple hours and you can have meals for the whole week. Now that Frank is on-board with my way of eating, whole-food-plant-based (WFPB), things will be even simpler. Hopefully, I get some video done to show exactly what I do. Please be gentle with me as vlogging is VERY new to me;)
