Get Right Back in the Game

It’s been 9 days since my last post, but I’m still here. Been  struggling with a fall I took and the bruises left me quite sore. I tripped over the new doggie stairs that are at the bottom of our bed as I got up to use the bathroom during the nights. I fell directly on my hip on the floor! So, I’ve not workout as I should, but will be back on track in a few days.

I forgot to turn the stairs sideways so they don’t stick out as far, but Abby needs them facing out or she won’t use them for some reason. And I went to bed without turning them so I ended up on the floor in the middle of the night!

We do what we have to do for our fur-babies right. She’s 8 now and the vet says it’s a good idea with her hips bothering her. Now I just need to adapt so I don’t need steps to get into bed or on the couch!

I’ve got so many words piling up in my brain that I’m excited to share soon. After this bit of a setback, it’s time to jump back in full-force and not let it delay my progress further. See? This is what I was talking about in my ‘why’. Something like this would’ve normally stopped me altogether, but I’m more determined than ever to get right back on track! If you feel down because you’ve got off track, don’t just quit. Get right back in the game where you left off! Take care, Lisa.
